A Multibagger stock is the one which bags multifold returns. Hence a one-bagger stock is the one which gives a bag extra for your bag of investment. A two-bagger stock is the one which gives two bags of returns for your bag of investment. Similarly, a multibagger stock gives multiple returns. Although the time period is not defined for the returns but it generally takes a few years for a stock to become multibagger.

Multibagger stocks are know to be life changers. Many investors who have invested in multibagger stocks have gone from rags to riches. In other words, a poor or middle class person can become a super rich if the stock s/he owns become multibagger.
